I cannot change the value for glide.email.smtp.active, currently set to false, has this happened to anyone else?

I have an issue where I cannot set the Email sending enabled, to true. Wondering if this has happened to anybody else?  It said that the Item is read-only based on its protection policy. If so, How will I enable sending of emails?

And according to the list, it was updated by developer.program@snc and I can't modify it myself, even with elevated roles.

Hi,

many members have complained about this in past

you might have to release the instance and request new one
