I do not find My Company record anymore. In companies (companies view) - Why all records not found?

Hi,

I casually wanted to modify my company's logo and title, but I couldn't find anymore the My Company record.

In fact, I do not find none of the companies records.

Version of the instance: Fuji Patch 3.

Anyone faced before this issue?

Thanks,

Skender

Hi Skender,

Just deactivate this BR "Validate type change" in your instance and try changing the dictionary type. Once done activate the BR.

Kindly mark the response if this answers your question.

NOTE: Try this on dev as it may impact the previous records data which holds the country value.

I noticed that I cannot even create a new company record (I have admin role).

The table core_company exists with all fields and I see the list of all sample companies, but when I try to access one: "no record found"!

Any known error or unfixed issue with the last patch of Fuji?

I've not seen this issue in Fuji. It sounds like there may be a query based Business Rule on the table.

Using the Instance's Session Debug tools may help reveal what's preventing access.

I activated the debugger, but when there is no record found, no results fro debugger rows can be seen.

When I click New to create new company record I get blank screen and no screen messages!

Hi Skender,

Can you go to the dictionary of the table core_company and then show matching on field type as "Reference". Now check if any reference table is missing in the dictionary record.

Please confirm.
