I do not find My Company record anymore. In companies (companies view) - Why all records not found?

Hi,

I casually wanted to modify my company's logo and title, but I couldn't find anymore the My Company record.

In fact, I do not find none of the companies records.

Version of the instance: Fuji Patch 3.

Anyone faced before this issue?

Hi Skender,

Just deactivate this BR "Validate type change" in your instance and try changing the dictionary type. Once done activate the BR.

Kindly mark the response if this answers your question.

NOTE: Try this on dev as it may impact the previous records data which holds the country value.

Here you have the screenshot.

The only reference missing was Country and so I tried to put the Country table, which I verified exists:

But it gives me error, as you read the message...

That would explain the blank screen when trying to create a new record. Can you go into the that dictionary record and provide a screenshot of that?

Nevermind. Remove USA from the Default Value and change the type back to String. This is what it should be OOB

Correction: You cannot use USA as the Default Value when the Type is Reference, as the platform is expecting a Sys ID. So you can keep that Default Value if you change the Type back to String, which is how it should be OOB.

here is the problem:

as you see the screenshot the reference for Country field inside core_company is missing!

Now I put it to refere to the core_country table and now I see all correct!

And I deleted custom field "Vendor country" which I do not need anymore.
