Hi,

I don't want to update "Operational status & Pending install" while getting discovered Hardware and Windows server. I tried that with Reconciliation rule but it's not working. Please suggest. Thank you.!

You have to make changes on pre post processing script. search there for "Update Server Status Fields" pre post processing script and make the changes there. 

You can apply some sort of condition to avoid update operation on "Operational status" and other column as well.

Can you try to access it by using below URL, replace your instance ID.
