I forgot my PDI username and password

After logging in the main username and password in ServiceNow, I was able to wake up my PDI but a secondary username password challenge came up but I have forgotten this detail.   I usually use my laptop and I go through it fine but when I shifted to use my desktop this secondary username password challenge prompts me.   Can someone help me reset the internal username password of my PDI or can someone point me in the right direction.   Thanks for your help!

You can do it from manage instance.

Did you try to reset your password?
