I had to take 2 weeks off, get back PDI is gone, I know but during holidays disable removals

After 10 days of instance inactivity it will be reclaimed. You will receive gmail at 8th day of inactivity you have to login at that time, after 10 days no way to get it back.

That’s a valid question, but there is no support available. this is a PDI and you’re not used a long time, it will be taken back after 10 days.

Try this instead: rather than installing the latest version directly, start with a lower version and then upgrade it step by step.
