I had to take 2 weeks off, get back PDI is gone, I know but during holidays disable removals

If you haven't logged into your PDI within 10 days in between, your PDI will be reclaimed to the pool. If this is the case, your only option is to request a fresh PDI.

Hi @Kevin Ball ,

After 10 days of instance inactivity it will be reclaimed. You will receive gmail at 8th day of inactivity you have to login at that time, after 10 days no way to get it back.
