i have a custom fields service and service offering in knowledge article. but could not see in SOW knowldege article.

Hi @SatishSuray 

You need to add these fields to the SOW view as well.

1. Change the view to SOW. [ open the KB form in native view]
2. Go to the Context Menu.
3. Select Configure → Form Layout.
4. Add the required fields.
