I have a question about data sharing from ServiceNow.

Currently my company uses Perspectium to share tables data with customers. We are facing a lot of issues like data loss everyday. Is there an alternate application for data sharing which is better?? I have already suggested api's but since the data is huge and we have limitations so that's not feasible for us.

What are the requirements on the data sharing? Should it be in a certain format for example? Or API, excel, mail, etc.. What kind of size are we talking about, you do mention data is huge? Do you need to send a full set of data, or is increments also an option? Etc..

Requirements are like following:

1 : Sharing complete table data 

2 : Sharing the data for certain time duration

3 : Incremental data 

4: Table usually contains more than 100,000 records, I am not sure about the exact size in GB's 

5: Many tables are shared simultaneously using incremental data.

6: Some users need the data in JSON format

7: Some users fetch data via Perspectium Agent / Perspectium Meshlet in to their SQL table

Since you are mentioning you are using Perspectium, my first thought would, did you contact anyone from that end? Since you mention there is data loss etc..
