I have attached a file while submitting a form in the portal, but I am unable to find  the file in the portal level after submitting the form. But I am able to see it in the ITIL view. How I can fix it.

it should be present at the top.

It seems the view to which user is being taken has some script to hide the file?

Did you check that?

At the time of submitting a form if I attach a file, I am unable to see it. But after that if I attached a file then I am able to see it.So I don't think it would be the script issue.

Did you mean to say after that if I attach a [second] file then I am able to see both?

No, I am able to see only the one which I have attached after submitting the form. But the one I attached while submitting the form is missing at service portal level.
