I have to stop the unavailability of Knowledge article after it reaches to Valid to date

Hi, all I got one requirement, if a KB reached to it's valid to date it won't visible to any user, this is existing behaver but I want stop this, after reaching it's valid date also KB should be available to users, how can i achieve this behaver, please help me, thanks in advance.

You use the "Can read" & "Cannot Read" to allow specific users to have access or not, to your knowledge article.

for the Valid to, you can set it to "2100-01-01". But I'm not sure if this is best practice

After KB article is retired 

However, this is an industry followed best practice to retire a KB after the valid date. You can set a far future date if you don't want to retire the KB but if the date is passed it should be retired and no longer be available for a user to use. That is how retiring should work.

I'd not recommend to change this OOB feature of KB retiring.
