Hi.
What does lost mean? Forgot your login ID?
If you don't log in to your PDI environment for 10 days, your data will be lost.
It is important to back up your data frequently or log in within 10 days.

Hi @harpreetkaur23 If instance goes offline wait for one day if not get's back try to contact support team. Most cases once it fallen to offline state hard to get back the PDI.

There is nothing which can be done. And I think ServiceNow no longer monitors PDI issues.
For now release and request for new instance. Also in future make sure you keep on taking backup in your local system, so anything like this happens won't cause important configuration loss.
