hi
I'm working on the record producer, the issue is when I'm trying to submit the request I'm getting an error please suggest what can be the reasons. please check the attachment for the error message I'm getting

Hi @lakshman nalla ,
can you right click on the error page and inspect to see whatās actual error in the console tab
And also check record producer script if any issues in the logic

Are you getting this error on PDI?
Then seems something got change and other than reset no solution. or try to repair the portal plugin.

Hi @lakshman nalla ,
Try to debug the client script and addition, check the script including the function used for GlideAjax with unwanted code.
Once you remove the unwanted code from the script, You can able to see the form without errors.
