I'm looking to add a dynamic grid into an incident record producer. Looking for some guidance

I'm looking to add a field of some sort where users can report stock/item discrepancies in a dynamic grid fashion.

For example:

User adds first item (row 1):

- column 1 = item #

- column 2 = quantity

- column 3 = state of item

 

User can then add a second item (row 2):

- column 1 = item #

- column 2 = quantity

- column 3 = state of item

 

 

So on and so forth. Once the user finishes the incident creation form, admins should be able to view the incident and view the grid/spreadsheet. Is this functionality possible?
