I'm not able to schedule a time for a standard change

I'm using a template and when I'm trying to schedule a time it says "Date must be within the standard change window".
I tried several with several times hours but the same result.

I have three more standard change templates with the same error


Where i can verify this?
Or how i can solve this?

I reviewed the change template. This issue is recent and should allowed to be scheduled after 5 PM
