I'm unable to change normal mode to Switch new UI mode in reports table  i don't have that option in my instance

If I am not wrong, in the Next experience this classical UI for reports is not available OOTB.

Switch to Classic UI 

Activate or Deactivate the Original Report Builder User Interface

This property is false as OOTB,

also Classical UI will be deprecated soon.
