I have created a database view by combining task_ci and cmdb_ci. I have built a report on this view.I'm able to get task sys id directly but when i tried getting sys id of CI's from cmdb_ci table its not populating.
Servicenow support team suggested to write a fix script to populate sys id on report.
Can anyone help on this fix scripting part ?

Hi @R Aishwarya
You can ask fix script as well from the support team. I am not getting what exactly you want to achieve.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @R Aishwarya not clear what is failing, please include more details on how the view was created and what the report is. I assume you are using the variable prefix to distinguish to the sys_id field from the two tables.
