I need to generate 2 separate Summary Reports from an Employee Relations case in HR Agent Workspace

I have the need to create 2 separate Summary Reports from an Employee Relations case in HR Agent Workspace.

 

I have a general summary report (OOTB) and then I have a new report called Legal Report that also needs to generate.

 

I have 2 separate Document Template records called "Employee Relations Report" and "Legal Report" both in the category of "ER summary report".

 

However when I try to generate both summary reports from the ER Case it regenerates the second one with the same name and replaces the attached document on the case.

 

If I create a new category of Legal Report, then the Legal Report template doesn't show up when i click Summary Report from the case.

 

Has anyone done this before and can you share your solution with me?
