Hello.
Does anyone know how to pre-process an incoming Service Exchange sync message and decide if to reject it?
The scenario I have is this:
- A provider task is created from a RRP. This creates an a RITM and associated task.
- The provider works the task and closes the RITM.
- The consumer can reopen the RITM for up to five days after it is closed.
- After five days, reopening is not allowed.
Currently if the consumer changes the state of the provider task, this syncs into the provider instance and reopens the provider task. The only thing I've been able to do is check when the RITM was closed and if they are out of the window, add a message and reclose the provider task.
What I'd prefer to do is stop the provider task from being reopened and reject the request in some way.
Does anyone know how I can do that? I can't find anything on the web or in docs that hints this is possible.
Many thanks!
