I need to update the email body for incident escalation, but I could not find out the notification

I have a requirement to update the email body for the incident escalation.
I have searched for this email in the notification and events also but I did not find out this notification.. I have reviewed all the email logs also and I see workflow and events are empty for these email logs, I don't know why ?
Please help me out on this, How can we check from where this email notification is being triggered from the instance ?

If the email is send from the instance, you should be able to find it in the send email (search by subject).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I would go to System Notification > Email > Notifications and search for active notifications with the subject ${number} On-Call Assignment.

Hi @kavitha8 Navigate to System Logs>Emails. Search for the Incident number in the subject line, locate and open the email record. Next, find the related list Email Log>Email. The table label is Originating Event and Notification, it defines the event and notification type.
