I want set the data persentage by in dashboard PA in servicenow

Hi Team,

Good morning!

I want to set the data percentage by week on the widgets.

for example :

Last week created a total incident 10 and after that 4 incident is resolved and 6 incident is pending (like : state is user inf, on hold, active, new, in-progress but not resolved ) so i want to show the data percentage by 60% in week1,week2, week3.........!

so could anyone suggest to me how to configure that thing?

Hi @Alex78 ,

If I understand you correctly, you would like to see the state change according to precious week in percentage - is that correct? If yes, then you create two automated indicators (one for last week and one for previous week), and then a formula indicator on top to do the formula calculation in.
