I want to bring Task caller field column on Service operational workspace.

Hi,

I want to bring Task caller field column(Beside Number) on Service operational workspace.

How to do that, can you please help on this. It will be helpful.

Hi @mania 

Click on the gear icon 'List Actions' beside 'Edit' button then 'Edit columns' to modify columns

Since, you want to add a field from task table and Task (task) table is a parent table of catalog task (sc_task) table.
In 'Available columns' type 'Parent' then click on 'Expand' arrow as shown below 

In my instance, there is no 'caller' field on task table. So, for demo purpose I am selecting 'Close notes' field then click on the right arrow in order to move the selected row in the available columns to the selected column as shown below:

You can rearrange the fields in the 'Selected columns' by clicking on the red marked box that I highlighted below

Click on 'OK'
