I want to change Employee center banner logo

I want to change Employee center banner logo as shown below screen shot.

Hi @Naga13 ,

Search Employee Center in Application navigator then you can see under Employee Center->Administration->Portal Configuration.

Open Portal Configuration and in the Logo field click on Update and then you can update your Employee Center logo.

I followed the above solution, but it didn’t resolve my issue. Please try this approach.

  1. Navigate to All Applications:

    • In the ServiceNow search bar, type “Service Portal Configuration”.
    • Click on the Service Portal Configuration option from the results.
  2. Open Branding Editor:

    • On the newly opened page, select Branding Editor.
  3. Switch to Employee Center:

    • In the search bar at the top of the Branding Editor, change the selection from Service Portal (default) to Employee Center.
  4. Set the Correct Scope:

    • Ensure that the scope is set to “Employee Center Core”.
  5. Change the Logo:

    • Please mark my answer as helpful and correct if it helps to resolve your issue.

    • You can now update or change the logo specifically for the Employee Center.
