I want to customize the widget of the SC catalog item.

Hi!

I would like to add a "Save Draft" button to page of the catalog item in Service Portal.

I want to customize the widget of the SC catalog item.

Howeverm, I don't know specifically which part of the widget controls the catalog item, so I would like support regarding that.

Hi @TAKE01 ,

 

Understand that this can be an urgent requirement however just FYI, this is going to be OOB available from Washington release onwards.

 

One of the new features of Washington - where users can save catalog item forms as drafts.

 

Consider indicating the response as helpful and marking it as correct if it meets your needs.
