I want to disable or uncheck the Unique index value but getting an error when it's saved

I need to update Name field to uncheck the unique checkbox. When I do, it gives me an error

I created a non-unique index but still, it's not allowing me to update

Can someone help me solve this issue or tell me what I need to do to be able to uncheck the Unique box field?

Theres probably already an index for it and I don't believe deleting them does anything.  You might need to reach out to NowSupport for assistance with that.  Since its Nuvolo, you can also reached out to them I'm assuming, and maybe they can assist you.

Yup, agreed. Looks like someone had the same issue in the past and resolved it through the Support team
