I want to Inactivate or Edit the OOB UI Action(Duplicate Dashboard).

Hi Team,

As part of requirement I need to inactivate this UI Action and need to create replica of this UI action, But unfortunately I can't  Edit this UI action even though I have admin rights 

Can you please suggest any other approaches to get this requirement.

Hi @Venu98 

What is the use case of same?

 

Go to sys property and enable Insert and Insert Stay property and 

Open this record. you will get option to insert. 

 

ServiceNow sets it when users (even admins) are not supposed to modify these files. The documentation about the 'read-only' protection policy states the following: "Select this option to allow other application developers to see your script logic, but not to change it."
