Hi Experts
I created one custom table (Network consultant ) and in the related list I have created the task SLA and extends with task_sla table. when Created the network consultant ticket its adding the all task sla's to my table. I want to initiate the new SLA. advice me.

Hi @dhineshkumar,
I'm assuming that the custom table extends the Task table and you have already created a SLA definition.
In the related list, did you use the SLA Task > Task?
i.e.
Once that's done, the related list will display only the [task_sla] records that are created against the current record.

The related list that you are using doesn't seem to be correct.
Please try to follow below recommendations from James.
You can further look into the below links which basically uses SLA for custom tables-
