i want to integrate ritms and catalog tasks from one service now instance to another service now

In our project there is one requirement ,they wanted integration with ritms and catalog tasks for both outbound and inbound integration .

if you have done similar requirement ,can you please help me on this on this how to achieve.

I believe what you are tying to do is bonding. There are many ways to do this, including the following:

• Instance Data Replication
• REST API
• eBoding Spoke
• Service Bridge
• email

They all have pros & cons, so I advise you to research them thoroughly to identify the one that suits your needs.

There’s a few ways to do this but I wouldn’t recommend email as can get messy.

Option 1: If you have the relevant spoke in Integration hub you can build an API between the two instances.

Option 2: Create a Rest Message, this involves a fair bit of scripting on both instances if you want it to be bi-directional.

Option 3: You can purchase a 3rd party integration tool such as UNIFI which creates E-bonds.

Either way the end results are very similar from an end user perspective, however as an admin monitoring of each is very different.
