In our company we service now ITOM for creating tickets for alerts or events. and we manually enter some important inctask fields into Microsoft One note like incident number, Asset, Assignment grp and severity. so is there any possibility where we intergrate servicenow with one note where all this info can be transferred to one note with out any manual efforts. The required details in incident should transferred to onenote from servicenow.
