Hi,

When I am trying to create a normal and emergency change form and filling and once after saving the form it will getting the error.

I want to know because of why this error is comming?

Can you please suggest on this. It will be helpfull.

Try to check if there is any After insert BR on change table.

Yes, We have OOB BR but in PDI is not getting that error only client instance is heppened this error.

Because of why these difference?

Can you tell me while creating the change request are you selecting the model as well?

If yes, As per the OOO BR which you have shared above you will get that error as that BR executes on model change.

Actually In my client instance we created few custom fields basis of client requirement so we dont have that model field in the change form. so then after creating the new record its showing that error in the change form.

Can you suggest?
