Hi,

When I am trying to create a normal and emergency change form and filling and once after saving the form it will getting the error.

I want to know because of why this error is comming?

Can you please suggest on this. It will be helpfull.

Can you please check the script include which is mentioned in the BR condition above. (snap which you have attached).

Check whether the error message is coming from that script include.

I have deactivated that OOB BR then i am not getting that Error but here once i creating a normal change and updating that fields and saving the form then after I am checking the same record number in the list view it will showing that in Emergency change type.

How to resolve. Can you please help on this. It will be greatfull.

Hi @mania 

This is because of the setAbortAction(true) in your business rule. You can remove that line if that is not required.
