Hello.
We have a new user on the support team. How do I update an existing watchlist with this new user so he is notified when a new incident is created, or an existing incident is updated/closed?
Is there a way to do this without running a script?
Thanks!

Go to navigator > search sys_decision.list > search the sys id of that particular decision
Note - In my above reply , I have also added how can we achieve this functionality using Business rule.

Thanks Tera - When I search sys_decision.list - I get no results.
I would prefer to not add another business rule. Reason being, there is currently a watchlist that is working and I dont want to break it. I'm just trying to find how the existing list can be updated. Was hoping for a simple solution, but it seems more complicated than I had hoped for 😞

1. The property you mentioned does not seems to be OOB, so only your system admins can know how that property is being used.
2. The table name for decision table is "sys_decision" , you need to search the sys_id in "sys_decision" table.

Hi again. I found what I was looking for in the Workflow Studio - I updated the Incident Watch List with the new employee name.
Thank you - Really appreciate the help!
