I'am are having problem with the translated knowledge articles to Chinese.
We have some articles in English and Chinese version.
The both versions contains the same meta e.g. “new employee, staff, 分钟前”.
When the employee is using the system in English and he searches for “分钟前”, the system ONLY returns the English version, but when the employee is using the system in Chinese, it returns the English and Chinese version.
We would like to display both versions independent if the user is using the system in English or Chinese.
Do you have any advice?
I have checked the properties and it seems that all relevant properties are activated.
