We are using OOB configuration only. On idea their are 3 notification which sre triggered
1. Idea state change
2. Idea commented
3. Idea comment replied
I checked and Idea commented notification is not triggered.
I digged out further and found the "sn_act_sub" record with verb "commented" should be created and OOB their nothing which create this.
So I copied the OOB business rule "idea state changed" and changed verb to the "comment" but still the record is not created in the "sn_act_sub" table.
Can anybody please help me how to trigger these notifications?
