Idea Portal Setup

I am trying to set up the Idea Portal.

In the portal - 

I can access as admin, but when I impersonate users I get the error message - 'Missing module id / Invalid module id!'

In the instance - 

I can see and create ideas within the instance as the impersonated user.

Any ideas?

As a admin, verify the idea module - for any role restrictions. if any role was added there, remove it to make it open for all users.

 FYI - there is no role restrictions OOB for accessing idea portal.

There are no roles assigned.

I have the same issue in my developer instance.

Hi,

Check the module entry in 'im_module' table. See whether the module exists and also make sure it is active.
