If a guided tour is not set to autoplay, how can I provide this tour to anyone that I want to take the guided tour?

I have created multiple guided tours with no definitive roles specified. I would like to move these to production with the auto play feature disabled but I am not understanding how a user could access these. The tours start from the main https://xxxxxxxxx.service-now.com/ page and when I impersonate a team mate to test it out, cannot locate how I would have the tour play. What am I missing?

For the small target base, it would be easier to (hopefully) provide a link of sorts or a list of tours they can take on their own time, rather than target the tour by role as there would still be too many requested to take the tour. These team members will not have access to guided tours as an option on the left column, so searching for them this way will not be an option.

I created the tours on the platform ui

If I set them to auto play they will pop up for the user being impersonated. However, I don't want to auto play them as the intended target is a small group (less than 20). Tweaking it down by roles will take a lot longer and will still have other members outside of the group targeted by the tours. I have searched the KBs and I see no mention of anything playing that is not on auto and am wondering if this is a limitation?

hello,

If yuo have created on the Platform UI.

Just open the form/record of the table for which it is configured

Once the form is opened click on the question mark icon in the right corner
