If Approval of RITM rejected then RITM& REQ state should populate automatically into closed skipped.

Hi All,

I want to create Business rule for

If the state of the RITM is Closed Skipped. No SCTASK was created as the approval shows as rejected.
The corresponding state of the REQ is Closed Complete, which is incorrect if nothing was done in the ticket.
It should match the state of the underlying RITM ticket.
