In serviceportal search with name not appearing SR

Hi All,

If you use "CMDB" as a search term relevant SR's do not appear

For example, if i search for CMDB i would expect the below SR's to be returned as results:

CMDB SR for Application CI
CMDB update for Network CI

when we search with entire name we will get. But when we search with CMDB we are not getting.

let me know the reason. Please provide the solution
