we have a request to make one of the categories items BOLD on the Service Portal Page. can someone help with getting this done.. i have looked and tried several items but none seem to work

The Highlighted item is the one i want to turn bold

OOTB there is no way to do this. You can make the item description bold or colorful

Might be not OOTB, unless you do some magic with CSS in this widget and to do that you need to copy the widget and then make changes.
