Im looking for a way to turn Categories Item BOLD

we are currently running Washingtondc

we have a request to make one of the categories items BOLD on the Service Portal Page. can someone help with getting this done.. i have looked and tried several items but none seem to work

The only way to do this would be to customize the HTML/CSS of the existing catalog widget for your specific category. Or maybe an onLoad client script doing DOM manipulation? What have you tried?
