Im not able to export my report (excel.xlsx)

Hello all,

I created a report as described below (screenshot1), however when I click above number to export the data into execl file I get the the warning below (screenshot2).

normally I have only 34 lines so there is no relation with the epxort limit of service now, after chekcing again I found that when I delete the filter on item or change the value of item to another value except the current one (Ms ...) the export works fine.

Could you please help me?

Hi, If you remove the 'group by' can you see\export the records.
When you remove the filter, are these records returned\exported via the 'no filter' query?
