Hello Everyone,
After Australia upgrade, OOB case ex- CS000******* has not Tabs/section coming in CSM Workspace. Details, TASK, SLA are missing on top view. But other cases who is not OOB , are have tabs/sections are available.
I noticed for OOB Cases ii is coming in right side as Related List. But i want it in as it is earlier.

Hi @EktaK ,
As other mentioned here this is an OOB functionality provided by ServiceNow in Australia release. However if you want to use the previous record page then you need to disable "Front-line Case page" record page from UI Builder "CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace" record.
Please note: The future updates to this page will be skipped if you disable this page.
