impersonate user with snc_external role in zurich version read access

when i am trying to impersonate user with snc_external role , cannot see the cases in portal page

first of all, are you talking about CSM or HR Cases? I assume CSM but anyways...

Also, if you want to understand it better, go to Access Analyser to get any idea about why the user cannot access it.:

And there you can select a table (to evaluate a table level access), or a particular record in that table (as there might be differences between records), or a form field:
