Implementing workflows in ServiceNow Solution.

Can someone guide me on how to implement a workflow solution within ServiceNow to gain more visibility
into request status, reduce cycle times, eliminate duplicate efforts, and streamline communication. Key drivers include enhancing transparency through detailed audit histories, tracking request timelines, and reducing email volume by documenting all communications within the workflow.

I understand that you wanted to report and have visiblity on workflow,progress ...

 

We have been doing this using servicenow standard reporting tool. (some pointers we track are) >  We used time calculation to understand the average time for task and request compleation,  We calcuate avg time for approval and etc.. Based on the trends we change/create new process to remidate the timeissues and bottelnecks identified.

 

We have been primarly using standard reporting to track the perameters which you have mentioned.
