Import attachments from Remedy to ServiceNow

Hello everybody.

I'm doing a data migration from Remedy to ServiceNow, until now everything is running ok, but with the attachment I'm having troubles.

Does anyone knows how can I import from remedy the attachment that the incidents have to the incindents in ServiceNow?

I want to load all the attachment to the incidents but I don't know how I can do that.

Attachments in ServiceNow are held in two tables: sys_attachment and sys_attachment_doc.   Depending on how Remedy holds attachments, you can do direct imports into those tables.   You could take advantage of the AttachmentCreator API.   However you do it, I don't think it will be easy.
