Import Azure Resources into CMDB

Hi all,

I am new to ServiceNow and I have a requirement to import all resources from Azure into the CMDB. I am aware that there is a way to achieve it by using the Azure Cloud Discovery. I have few questions:

1. Does the use of Discovery requires additional paid subscription? 

2. Is there a way to check if my instance already has a Discovery subscription or not? 

3. Is there a way to get the resources from Azure other than using Discovery, either through REST API or some other way?

Please suggest. Your inputs are highly appreciated. I am attaching the screenshot from Azure showing few of the resources that we have.
