Import millions of records through data source

I have to import more than 1 million records into the table from excel attachment using data source. Is it possible? or if not then what I have to do to make it possible in lesser time period.

What you would need to check is the file size and compare it to properties in (Import section):

System Properties > Import Export

In order to do not run into issues, ServiceNow recommends to split larger files into smaller ones

you can import it in chunks in non-business hours to minimize the impact.
