Import Set of JSON Data Source fails with error message "Error while accessing data stream..."

Hello,

I have an Import Set that fails with State "cancelled". The following error message is shown in the Import Log of the failing Import Set: 

Error while accessing data stream with context null com.glide.plan.runners.FlowObjectAPIException: The current operation ended in state: ERROR

I have been unable to find any documentation regarding this error message. Do you have any suggestion on how to further debug or resolve this issue?

Background: The Data Source of the failing Import Set is configured as Type "JSON (IntegrationHub)" and using a Request Action (Flow Action with REST Step) to load the data, see attached screenshot. The Flow Action works successfully when run independently of the Data Source.

This error has been resolved for an unknown reason, possibly due to editing and publishing the Request Action ("Publish" button).
