Import update set from XML

Hi, As the title says, I'm trying to import an update set from XML. I have 3 XMLs. 1 is working fine but for the other 2 when I'm trying to upload it I get redirected to the Retrieve update set without creating a new record. I've tried several solutions I've found on the internet but it's not working. Can anyone help me how to debug it? Or point out to me where is the logs so I can check and see if there are errors?

A common issue would be, you exported these from the list view, or with the "standard" export to XML UI action. You need to make sure that you have them set to complete and then use the "Export to XML" related link within the record.

You also need to make sure you use the Import Update Set from XML link under Retrieved Updates sets to import them - not right click and import.

Hope this helps!

If this was helpful or correct, please be kind and click appropriately!

Make sure that XML name and the XML file the same as the actual update set name.

e.g below is XML of update set where name should match.

<remote_update_set display_value="DFCT0033800-u001v001">60446160db94ab007a93fb131d961921</remote_update_set>

SAchin

hello Sachin, I can't see the <remote_update_set display_value> in the XML
