Import users from Azure AD to ServiceNow

I had requirement to load all the users from Azure AD to ServiceNow.

Could you please suggest me what is the best approach to import all the users from Azure AD to Servicenow.

There is an application built into Azure for that, specifically for ServiceNow. Have you looked into that as a solution?
